Impact Bathrooms will supply a replacement product where a fault is shown to be caused by faulty manufacture or materials, subject to correct installation procedure. This guarantee does not include removal and installation costs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for the major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to make a claim
For all product returns, please follow the guidelines listed below: All goods must be inspected and authorised by a Impact Bathrooms Representative prior to return.
To enable Impact Bathrooms to create a GRA (Goods Return Advice) please fill in the form to the right of screen providing as much information as you can.
> Impact Bathrooms invoice number or delivery docket number.
> An accurate description of the product being returned. e.g. Colour, size, style, etc.
> Reason for return. e.g. Customer cancelled, faulty, chipped, etc.
> Store name, suburb or branch, a contact name at the store.
> Credit claim number (if applicable).
Returns without notification cannot be accepted. All returns are at the discretion of the Claims Manager.
Impact Bathrooms reserves the right to charge appropriate handling and transport fees when a product is returned for non-warranty reasons.
